Estimated Pricing

Local pickup / small haul

Starting at $100–$150

Perfect for smaller local jobs that need a truck and trailer without the hassle of renting equipment yourself. This option is best for short-distance pickups, small loads, single-item moves, or basic hauling around the Erie area.

Common examples include small equipment, furniture, appliances, materials, tools, yard items, and miscellaneous loads.

Good for: quick local pickups, small loads, short-distance hauling, and one-stop deliveries.

Hotshot Hauling

Starting at $2.50–$4.50 per loaded mile

Hotshot hauling is ideal for larger, time-sensitive, or longer-distance loads that need dependable transportation without waiting on a full-size freight company. This service is commonly used for regional hauling, urgent deliveries, equipment moves, and loads that need direct pickup and delivery.

Pricing may vary based on mileage, urgency, fuel cost, load weight, permits, tolls, and scheduling needs.

Good for: regional hauling, urgent loads, machinery, parts, trailers, materials, and direct deliveries.

Local Misc. Hauling

Starting at $125–$250+

This service is for general hauling jobs that do not fit into one specific category. Whether you need materials moved, bulky items transported, or a mixed load hauled from one place to another, we can help get it there safely.

Pricing depends on the size of the load, distance, loading difficulty, and how much time is needed on-site.

Good for: mixed loads, household items, materials, odd-shaped items, and general hauling needs.

Short-Distance Minimum Charge

$150 Minimum

Short trips still require time for scheduling, driving to the pickup location, loading, securing the load, transporting it, unloading, and returning from the job. Because of that, some smaller or nearby jobs may have a minimum charge even if the mileage is low.

This helps make sure every job is handled professionally and safely from start to finish.

Applies to: very short hauls, local pickups, nearby deliveries, and small jobs that still require truck/trailer time.

Trailer / Equipment Transport

Starting at $2.50–$4.00 per loaded mile

Need a trailer, machine, mower, small tractor, or piece of equipment moved? This service is built for safe and reliable transport of larger or heavier items that require proper loading, securing, and hauling.

Final pricing depends on the equipment size, weight, pickup/drop-off conditions, loading method, and total mileage.

Good for: trailers, mowers, compact tractors, attachments, small machinery, skid steer attachments, and equipment transport.

Longer Regional Hauls

Quoted by Distance and Load Type

For longer-distance hauling across Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York, and surrounding areas, pricing is based on the full job details. These hauls usually depend on total mileage, load size, fuel cost, tolls, timing, and whether the route requires special planning.

A custom quote helps make sure you get a fair and accurate price for your specific haul.

Good for: tri-state hauling, regional deliveries, longer equipment transport, and out-of-town pickup or drop-off jobs.

Wait Time

$50–$75 Per Hour After Included Time.

Most jobs include a reasonable amount of time for loading and unloading. If there are delays outside of our control, such as waiting for someone to arrive, equipment not being ready, blocked access, or long loading times, wait time may be added to the final price.

We always try to be fair and communicate clearly before extra charges are added.

May apply when: the load is not ready, pickup/drop-off is delayed, loading takes longer than expected, or access is blocked.

Extra Stop Charge

$25–$75 Per Additional Stop

If your job requires more than one pickup location, more than one drop-off location, or an extra stop along the route, an additional stop charge may apply. This covers the added time, mileage, fuel, and load handling needed to complete the job correctly.

Good for: multiple pickups, multiple deliveries, picking up extra items, or dropping items at separate locations.

Difficult Loading / Unloading

Quoted as Needed

Some jobs require extra time, care, or planning due to difficult loading or unloading conditions. This can include heavy items, non-running equipment, tight driveways, muddy areas, uneven ground, steep hills, no loading equipment available, or items that need special handling.

These jobs are quoted individually so the price matches the actual work required.

May apply to: non-running equipment, awkward loads, rough terrain, tight spaces, hand-loading, winching, or loads requiring extra securement.
